Our beginnings

It started
at the table.

Launched in November 2025 by Valerie Jackson and Tiffany Harris-Delaney, Boss Lady Network grew from a desire to support, empower, and uplift women of color at different stages in their careers.

That first gathering set the tone for a sisterhood grounded in trust, shared wisdom, and meaningful support.

NOVEMBER 2025

The first connection

The network launched with a dinner in Atlantic City, bringing women together around a shared commitment to growth.

APRIL 2026

Reframe to Reclaim

A leadership session with Dr. Tonicia Freeman-Foster of LEIDOSWEL explored community, accountability, mindset, and the steps that turn intention into action.

Valerie Jackson

An executive with experience in urban development, economic revitalization, and corporate and public sector planning. Valerie’s vision is to pay it forward through mentorship and intentional connection.

Co-founder

Tiffany Harris-Delaney

An executive leader and public servant whose experience spans the private, nonprofit, and public sectors. Tiffany brings a collaborative approach and a commitment to turning ideas into meaningful impact.
